Join Kyle Baas, Beer Director at Idaho Wine Merchant, for this delightful class on pairing hard ciders with various cheeses. Kyle will be accompanied by Bistro 45 owner, Eric Hovland, at the cozy bistro for a winter night spent celebrating and enjoying these traditional fruits of harvest. Kyle will guide participants through a brief education on ciders and cheeses, and why particular pairings work. Four categories of pairings will be explored, featuring 3 to 4 ciders and cheeses per category. A side benefit of this class is that it offers a wonderful gluten-free alternative to beer. Must be 21 or older to register for this class.  $35  Registration Required
